Not long ago, I wrote a post about the end of a measuring legend, the OXO Mini-angled measuring cup. I unhappily sent my “save the OXO mini-angled measuring cup” email to OXO hoping that they would bring it back.
Turns out it was never going to go away. OXO was sort of just changing how they were going to distribute them. It is nice to see OXO communicate directly in the source of the commotion and while this is an extremely small example, it does show the power of communicating directly with consumers.
